Florangel being a lifelong north-shore resident, knew the high demands of safe and affordable children's transportation. Her professional and lengthy background in transportation gives her a sharp operational/technical eye which came in handy when she decided to take action! With 10+years of driving/operations experience, passion and dedication, she made her vision into a reality. She had 2 main objectives that are and will always be non-negotiable, children's safety and affordability for parents and centers.

Kiara serves as the Assistant Director of Transportation at Jireh's headquarters, overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the company's transportation division. Her responsibilities include:

* Managing a team of transportation professionals to ensure peak performance and morale.

* Developing and implementing policies to improve efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Collaborating with leadership to forecast future needs and plan for fleet expansion or modernization.

* Analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

She holds a strong background in logistics and management and is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
